Licensed Mental Health Counselor & Qualified Supervisor – Shauna Bispham

If you want change in your life, I can help. I believe everyone has the strength and courage to find the “answers” they are seeking. Therapy is the process of discovering these “answers” and I will offer non-judgmental support so that you can be a healthier, stronger you.

I specialize in Addiction, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression and provide Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Couples Counseling, along with Marriage and Family Therapy. I have had the opportunity to work with all age groups to help ensure feelings of hope, safety, and security, while gaining trust and promoting positive growth. My involvement with various organizations has expanded my perspective on assisting others and has provided affirmation that I have a great desire to serve the community.

I graduated from Argosy University, earning my Masters of Art degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a graduate from the University of South Florida’s Bachelors of Art Program with a degree in Psychology. I truly have a passion for helping others and have taken advantage of numerous experiences to gain knowledge and insight in the mental health field.

I am confident in my abilities to offer compassionate and comprehensive support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of needs. Let me help you get to where you want to be on your journey.

Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern- Hannah Jelinek

“There are no bad parts, only parts that carry burdens.” Richard Schwartz

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, where every part of you is welcome. Within each of us lies the capacity to heal, even when it feels out of reach. My approach is centered on helping you connect with the different parts of yourself—those that protect, those that carry pain, and those that hold wisdom. Together, we will honor and explore these parts with compassion, fostering a sense of wholeness and self-compassion as you move toward the life you envision.

I am committed to an eclectic approach that integrates internal family systems, psychodrama, creative arts, and mindfulness-based intervention, all of which are grounded in a deep respect for your autonomy, safety, and the journey you are on. The therapeutic relationship we build is the cornerstone of our work together—I believe that true healing happens within the context of a trusting, supportive connection.

As a registered mental health counseling intern working toward full licensure under supervision, I bring a blend of traditional psychotherapy and creative modalities to our work together. My education, with a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Pacific University in Portland, Oregon, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University in Fort Myers, Florida, has given me a unique perspective on the healing process.

With five years of experience as a board-certified music therapist, I often incorporate music therapy into our sessions when it feels right for you. Music can speak to parts of us that words may not reach, offering a powerful avenue for healing and expression.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting. It’s natural to feel scared or unsure—healing often asks us to venture into unknown territory. There is courage in allowing yourself to be vulnerable and in trusting that you have the strength to face whatever comes your way. If you’re ready to explore this journey together, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
